How to Delete Online Banking Account Access

If you would like us to remove your access to SCU’s Online Banking/Mobile App, please review the information below and then submit a request via secure email. You can also call (916) 444-6070 during business hours to speak with a member service representative.
  
Please note that when your Online Banking account access is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the Sacramento Credit Union mobile app.
  • If you were receiving electronic statements, you will start receiving paper statements, and you will not have access to electronic copies of past account statements.
  • Any services set up within Online Banking/Mobile App will be disabled, and the associated history will be deleted. The services include account alerts, bill payments and payee info, and internal/external transfers. 
  • Your Sacramento Credit Union financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected.
